3Next is a learning platform for nurses looking at Post-Covid 19. Due to the spread of Covid-19 infection, the opportunity to study abroad and attend overseas academic conferences has been lost. With Chiba University, the ENGINE program support, we will launch a site to share recorded images of how nurses, educators, and researchers worldwide perceive Post-Covid 19. We expect that this site’s information will give inspiration and provide insights to nurses in the next generation around the world.
300 nurses and midwives have been enrolled on this leadership development programme.
