This leadership course will prepare nurses and midwives in facing the challenges of the new age with a focus on good governance and innovation. This shall be offered not only to nurses and midwives of the institution but most especially to those who are part of practice settings within the catchment areas of the hospital as part of our commitment to empower nurses and midwives in leading organizations to success.
