Nursing Now UAE was launched in 2018 in coordination with the Ministry of Health and Prevention.
In February 2019, the UAE hosted another campaign event at National level. Dr Arwa Owaise, Regional Advisor for Nursing and Midwifery in the WHO EMRO region, and included a PESTLE analysis for Nursing Now objectives at country level. During the lunch the Ministry of Health and Prevention officially announce a National Nursing Strategy for Nursing and Midwifery that will involve all stakeholders.
