20 nurses and midwives have been enrolled in the leadership development programme.
Working closely with the Nursing Now country co-ordinator we are developing a leadership programme for nurses and midwives in Uganda. The plan is to develop a 3 month programme on a part time basis of three three day monthly blocks to equip nurses and midwives with practical leadership skills for improving care in Uganda.
