AMN Healthcare is a national workforce solutions company. The cohort for the Nightingale Challenge will primarily be travel nurses on assignment across North America. The Curriculum will be delivered using mixed mediums that will include content on leadership, empowerment, resilience, power/privilege, business acumen, communication, presentation skills, the language of collaboration, conflict / change management and mentoring.
