Action plan for the 2020 Nightingale Challenge

IPR & communication skills
Duration: 20 hrs
Goal: To develop confidence and presentation skills
Participants: 20 young nurses and midwives below 35 years
Resources: Faculty from Non health care organizations (Management Institutions , airline school, Drama Schools etc)
Mode of session: Combination of traditional and modern methods.
Evaluation: At the end of the session all the participants will be evaluated by the appropriate evaluation tools.
