We initiate the leadership programme for young nurses prepared to be nurse leaders, practitioners, and advocates in health. This programme is combined with the Nightingale Challenge and nurse administration courses. The programme will focus on leadership, management, health-related policy, and global health involving a variety of learning activities.
We provide learning opportunities both in different industries and approaches such as group-based seminars of global health issues, visiting government departments, leadership dialogues, and internships in the policy-making process. Moreover, short-term internships in related stakeholders in different medical systems can empower young nurses to apply leadership and management practices.
20 nurses and midwives have been enrolled on this leadership development programme.
