Purpose; To develop young nursing leaders with a global perspective
Contents; International speakers involved in nursing education, research,
and practice will present topics and discuss issues related to the role
of the nursing profession in health and welfare in the post-Covid-19 era
for next generation (Postgraduate students and young nurses). Web-based
20 seminars include infection control & health promotion, multicultural
competence for globalization, etc.
Period; September 2020 to June 2021.
50 nurses and midwives have been enrolled on this leadership development programme.
