10 nurses and midwives have been enrolled in the leadership development programme. Our hospital is expected to conduct administrative training in August-October 109. It teaches young potential nurses through classroom teaching, practical operation, discussion, and reporting, learns the role of leader roles, and is committed to improving the quality of clinical care.
