250 Staff Nurses and Charge Nurses will be trained in leadership skills in batches of 30 every month over the year 2020. Leadership training will be initiated with a full-day seminar focussing on leadership skills such as communication, advocacy, team building, motivation, and mentoring. The training will utilize media, games, case studies and simulations as teaching methodology. Follow-up of trainees will be done through group networking.
Competitions such as slogan writing, essay writing, poetry writing, flower decoration, floor decoration, and sports activities will also be held.
