Covenant Health is setting our sights on 35 under 35! As part of our program, we will be using a “Leadership Passport” approach as a guide to their journey. Participation in our Leadership Pathways program that is based on the LEADS framework and our formalized mentorship program will be part of the challenge. Nurses will also have the opportunity to lead quality improvement projects, engage in personal development reading, and take part in local webinar and networking events. The year will end with a formal leadership presentation, sharing their completed passport, and provide opportunity to reflect on their leadership self-assessment.
