The Burdett Trust for Nursing, through its programme committee Nursing Now, accepts no liability for any consequences, whether direct or indirect, that may come about from any group using the Nursing Now name or carrying out the purposes of the Nursing Now campaign, whether or not such group has a formal connection to the Nursing Now campaign and has entered into a licence agreement to use the name Nursing Now.
Nursing Now is an awareness-raising campaign and is not a fundraising campaign. Any group purporting to fundraise on behalf of Nursing Now or the Burdett Trust for Nursing is not permitted to do so. Any group set up to advance the aims of the Nursing Now campaign will be responsible for meeting its own costs and will not receive any funding from Nursing Now or the Burdett Trust for Nursing, whether or not it has entered into a licence agreement to use the name Nursing Now.
Any group holding itself out to the public as being an affiliate of Nursing Now is not permitted to do so unless we have given our consent. The only groups who we have given permission to represent themselves as national Nursing Now campaign groups and to use our logo are those listed as registered national groups.
