East, Central and Southern Africa College of Nursing (ECSACON)

As a professional body of nurses and midwives for the East, Central and Southern Africa who has the mission of improving the quality of health of the communities in this region through strengthening the contribution of nurses and midwives towards delivery of quality health care services. In doing this we are aiming at empowering a total of 30 young nurses from 15 member countries ( two nurses per country) in strategic leadership skills to prepare them to become future leaders in Nursing, health systems and beyond.
