Far Eastern Memorial Hospital

The Far Eastern Memorial Hospital is committed to cultivate outstanding young nurses and introduce an administrative management talent training program. This training program is aimed for excellent nurses aged 25-35. Currently, 41 nurses will participate in this project. It includes the humanities, international development and forward-looking project, clinical leadership, management ability, crisis management, artificial intelligence and future information development creativity. The second phase is a five-day clinical administrative management internship by nursing directors to cultivate action management capabilities. To ensure that the next generation of young nursing elites become outstanding leaders.
