Program 1 Nursing Leadership Program – 11 Participants The Nursing Leadership Program aims to better equip our nursing leaders with the holistic development of skills of Operational Excellence, People Management, Business Orientation and Personal Development to enable them to perform their leadership deliverables with enriched expertise Program 2 Nursing Supervisory Solutions – 9 Participants The Nursing Supervisory Solutions aims to enhance the capabilities of supervisors & incharges in providing excellence in patient care, ensuring safe & effective clinical practice in adherence, ensuring smooth functioning of the nursing departments, driving efficiencies & effective work practices and managing/developing the performance of the team. The program aims to help effectively manage / ‘problem solve’ the on ground challenges emanating from internal /external teams, clinicians, patients, attendants.
