Stories of East African rural health workers

“Many stories matter. Stories have been used to dispossess and to malign. But stories can also be used to empower, and to humanize. Stories can break the dignity of a people. But stories can also repair that broken dignity.”
― Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie

The Health Equity Voice is a platform that highlights the current status of rural healthcare in East Africa through the eyes of healthworkers. We are interested in hearing and featuring stories from doctors, nurses, interns, medical laboratory practitioners and clinical officers who have worked or are working in rural areas in East Africa.
