10 nurses and midwives have been enrolled onto the leadership development programme.
The training programme includes the following activities: – targeted training sessions that deal with nursing management, professional communication, emotional intelligence, culture of belonging, negotiation policy, sustainable development goals.

On adapting to the COVID-19 crisis:
Nurses standing in the eye of the storm in the fight against COVID-19 virus raises many challenges, the biggest one is maintaining good mental and emotional health. Another challenge that nurses are facing is the deteriorating economic situation, not only in Lebanon, but also globally.
As nursing managers, we are working on helping nurses maintain a high morale by conducting online training and diffusing online motivating messages to encourage them.
Nurses are adapting to the situation by following all the recommendations in order to keep themselves safe and eventually their families.
