In this year 2019 within the annual training plan, 2 leadership workshops were held, it is relevant to continue with the 2020 training.
2020 Leadership Training Plan:
Module 1): Leadership Workshop lasting 3 hours
Module 2): Workshop of Management Tools lasting 3 hours
Module 3): Communication Workshop lasting 3 hours.
Module 4): Evaluation and Audit Workshop lasting 3 hours.
Training in Conflict Resolution Tools lasting 6 hours
52 nurses and midwives are being enrolled on this Nightingale Challenge programme.
