Leadership and Management Training Course Topics included will be: leadership theories, management theories, decision-making & problem solving, communication, conflict management, organisational communication, stress management, time management, meeting management, delegation, evidence-based practice, power, politics and influence, time and stress management and strategic thinking and planning.
