100 nurses and midwives have been enrolled in the leadership development programme. We plan to:
Identify groups of staff in the current workforce as well as new staff;
Hold a forum;
Identify mentors for the group
Ensure that a well-being programme is in place
Provide resilience support
Ensure attendance and presentation at professional forums
