We have a nurse residency program for all newly graduated nurses. A portion of this curriculum focuses on leadership development. We have a Leadership Development Institute for our nursing staff and will be hosting a Leadership Summit for nursing in 2020. Currently 100 nurses have been enrolled onto the program.
