As a research institution, some of the programs that we have identified and hope to train the nurses in include but not limited to:
• Soft skills training (Communication skills, problem solving, conflict resolution, presentation, team work, time management, adaptability, emotional intelligence skills etc.)
• Scientific writing
• Grant writing /Project Proposal Writing and Resource Mobilization
• Effective Leadership, Mentoring & Coaching Skills in Contemporary organizations • Delivering Great Customer Experience (Customer care)
• Statistical Data Analysis Using SPSS and Epi-info
• Performance Management in Organizations
Lastly we hope and plan to have some nurse /midwives get enrolled into into Degree and Post graduate courses.
