We have launched a young nurses leadership program, called ” Ignite”. It’s a Nurse Managers Development Program. Aim is to develop enabled nurse leaders managing further a team of 50- 100 new or fresher nurses in the profession. Simultaneously create opportunities for this group to grow and eventually takeover the organizational responsibilities.
