Mediclinic Southern Africa

The Mediclinic private hospital group, with 58 hospitals across South Africa and Namibia, has approved the nominations of 24 registered nurses to engage in this programme which will be presented by the corporate office clinical and human resources teams with the hospitals providing additional mentorship. Included in the programme are leadership presentations and tools, including guidance on the use of social media and its impact on professional image, an essential skill for today’s nurse leaders, as well as reflection exercises & the compilation of a Portfolio of Evidence.
