30 nurses have been enrolled in the training and development programme which will consist of:
1. nominate young nurses for vacant leading positions 2. involve them into leadership for change program 3. give them training and education courses about communication skills, leadership and management 4. assign them to a managerial tasks like participating in committees, setting plans.
