In the year 2020, with the help of the administrators, young nurses and Midwives must be empowered to have Quality Improvement skills at their finger tips in order to provide quality service to the community ie, (IPC) infection prevention and control within the hospital and the hospital premises through community sensitisation about preventable diseases, Educating women of Reproductive age from time of conception up to peperum to avoid complications to mothers.
We shall also form nurses and Midwives small saving group which helps during salary delay!
20 nurses and midwives have been enrolled onto the leadership development programme.
