As a part of great global movement to develop nurse and midwives, our institution
aims at nurse empowerment and individual leadership to bring quality improvement and alterations in current nursing practices. We also aim in role modeling, desired behavior and attitudes by organizing seminars with prominent figures from the world of nursing which will enhance leadership and be a key to successful communication and relationship. The best strategy to develop and cultivate the next generation of leaders is through the behavior of experienced nurse leaders. Leadership development covers the activities of learning that support an accumulation of knowledge and skills required by today’s Nurse Leader.
Effective nurse leaders identify opportunities to develop new organizational leaders during this learning process. As a vision to the above, Our Institution will be arranging special visits to the policy making organization which gives an opportunity to the participants to learn about the policy making process and share their experience at the front line. We will also focus on Nurse Leaders communication as well as in creating positive relationships at the highest priority level along with critical thinking which integrates information, evidence, outcome and experiences, and translates them into effective plans and solutions for the society.
We will Organize Educational programs and various high quality skills in order to
bring safe and quality healthcare, we encourage Nurses to Practice with existing
online learning for personal management and leadership development.
