30 nurses and midwives have been enrolled in the leadership training programme.
As part of the Nightingale challenge, the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Ghana will embark on the following activities which are classified into four main section 1. Practice * Coaching & Mentoring * Coordinate action learning * Introduction of ICT in Nursing and Midwifery Care 2. Education * Webinars *Training on Leadership * Conference/ Seminars * Personal Development 3. Administration * Coaching & Mentoring from CNO’s * Attachments to Groups – N&MC, GRNMA, GRMA * Attachments to non-health organization. Eg. Customer care 4. Research *Action Research – example; Client satisfaction study.
