25 nurses and midwives have been enrolled onto the training and development programme.
The Office will be providing targeted leadership and management training to our nursing and midwifery unit managers as well as their associates in the form a 12 month bespoke leadership programme focusing on skill development in leading themselves and others as well as fundamental business management practices. The Office will also be providing Masterclasses on leadership and management to compliment this programme.
