30 nurses and midwives have been enrolled in the leadership programme. Our activities will include:
- a platform for sharing stories of nursing activities
- conference event celebrating nursing contribution
- training program on leadership
- partnership with national stakeholders (Ministry of Health)
- nurse participation to WHO Assembly in 2020
- dissemination of the nursing challenge to regional level and to health facilities employers
