Partners In Health (PIH) continues to work toward intentionally building a pipeline of emerging nurse and midwife leaders as part of an overarching effort to strengthen patient care and global health systems. Across all PIH-supported health facilities around the world, we aim to bolster nursing education, develop pathways for career advancement, encourage knowledge transfer and support current and future nurse and midwife leaders.
50 nurses and midwives have been enrolled on this leadership development programme.
