20 nurses and midwives have been enrolled on the training and development course.

Nurses should be full partners, with other health professionals, in redesigning health care in Jordan, so Royal medical services will select a core team of 20 nurses and midwives to build their capacities as leaders of tomorrow.

Management and leadership development opportunities will focus on People and Services Management, Personal Development, Quality Improvement, Coaching and Mentoring. Implemented programs will includes local training in health and business organizations, mentorship with leaders, leadership and management seminars, quality improvement projects, tour visits, attending chief executive board meetings, and sharing experiences in areas related to initiation developmental programme.
