Sagar Hospitals group is certified for its Nursing Excellence Standards, prescribed by the country’s highest Accreditation body-NABH. Though this challenge we as the nursing team with the support of all stakeholders would like to take up the following activities and interventions: a. Nurse leadership training program for our nurses (who are under 35 years of age) b. Applied NLP programs for 200 nursing leaders to think, speak and act effectively in leadership positions to advocate on their behalf and for patients and families. c. Training and developing 200 nurses in effective healthcare communication skills.
