SE Health

SE Health has planned and is in process of implementing multifaceted strategies to develop nurse leaders, particularly young leaders 35 years of age and under. These nurses will be identified through a self nomination process for our Leadership Edge program, which is a rigorous leadership development program SE Health offers in house. In addition to structured learning and action activities, they will be set up formally with a mentor for mentorship experience. We will also target these leaders to support their self development through our Tuition Assistance Program if they are pursuing formal education or certification. Further, we are implementing a patient safety and clinical leadership development program, in addition to the Nurse Innovator work SE Health is leading.
