50 nurses and midwives have been enrolled in the leadership development programme.
The Sierra Leone Nurses Association will be engaging with stakeholders for the following reasons: 1. Advocate for registered nurses and ensure that their employers treat them with dignity. 2. Contribute to the improvement of nursing education and practice. 3. Promote continuous professional development. 4. Promote and facilitate nursing research 5. Teach nurses to be involve in leadership at management level
