Tamilnadu Nurses and Midwives Council

A one day workshop on “Leadership Excellence and Professionalism” (LEAP) has been planned and this one day workshop will be implemented in 10 different places in Tamilnadu every month from January 2020 onwards till December 2020. So every month we will train 10×50 = 500 nurses on LEAP. And finally for 12 months we expect to train 5000 nurses on LEAP throughout Tamilnadu State as a Nightingale Challenge 2020. Also we have planned Nursing Now movement of TNNMC for 2020 by allotting one activity for every month from January to December 2020 in general to carry out by all RN’s and nursing students under the umbrella of TNNMC.
