100 nurses have been enrolled in the leadership training programme. The Nairobi hospital wishes to provide leadership workshops for nurses, mentoring and pairing nurses with seasoned leaders. As part of this programme, there will be a series of leadership talks and interactive forums facilitated by renowned leaders.
