We run an home care service for the aged and we engage registered nurses for our services.
The main activities for the training and development will be as follows,
1-recruit and train more nurses on work ethics in a working environment
2-organize trainings on short courses like basic life support, CPR,etc to boost their knowledge the more.
3-Activities in understanding behavioural traits of patients.this can come in form of games.
4-Teaching of computer skills.
5 nurses and midwives have been enrolled on this Nightingale Challenge programme.
