10 nurses and midwives have been enrolled in the leadership development programme.
We propose to strengthen the leadership exercise of young nurses in the public health network of São Luís-MA, through seminars and workshops; Encourage the Municipal Health Manager to include Nursing practices in the Information System of the Unified Health System, as well as visits to the Legislative Assembly of the State of Maranhão and São Luís’ City Council to promote the Valuation Campaign of nurses and midwives with the participation of the entities, the Maranhão’s Regional Nursing Council and the Brazilian Nursing Association – Maranhão’s Division.
