Sign participants onto online leadership and management courses; Coursera, Future Learn ( June, July 2020)
Organise Seminars with prominent figures from the world of nursing – The Dean, SONM, University of Ghana, The Rector, Ghana College of Nurses & Midwives( August, September 2020)
Participants would be enrolled on non – healthcare organisation’s development programmes to gain knowledge outside the health system. Cocoa Processing Company Ghana, Ghana Military Academy to learn about self-discipline and time management. Barclays Bank Ghana for capacity building in Customer care.( Oct, Nov 2020
Coordination of actions. Participants would keep a learning log, report regularly back on the progress of specific challenge set for them and also share their learning with others. (Jan-Decem 2020) Some programmes may run concurrently.
