With regard to our program, we have monthly meetings to discuss the following topics: TeamSTEPPS; Teamwork; Conflict Management; Systems Thinking; Diversity; EBP; Quality; Shared Governance; Professional Development; Cultural Competence; Personality Assessment; Communication Techniques; and MDA Resources. The multimodal teaching is done through didactics, case studies, gamification, role play, and simulation.
