30 young nurses have been enrolled and will take part in leadership and development programmes including:
- Standardisation of health care communication by nurses in various situations and settings.
- Organise seminars with prominent nursing leaders.
- Mentoring young nurses.
- Meeting policy-makers, management staff
- Leading projects for health and social welfare of the selected communities
- Encourage to take up research projects and support evidence-based practice.
