2. Organizing webinar with experienced nurses to share their lived in experience as a nurse
3. Conducting rally to emphasis importance and values of nurses
4. Organizing personality development programs
5. Organizing leadership program
6. Conducting research to promote professional values and ethics
7. Organizing various competitions for nurses
8. Organizing home health care workshops, grooming skills
9. Inviting non residential Indian nurse alumni to address students
10. Organizing counseling session to understand the value of own self
