I would like to establish some job shadowing opportunities for nurses to spend a day or week working alongside a nurse in leadership, either in our organization, or within out local community. I would like to create a reflective journaling component to track and share the nurses experience.
I would also like to host national/international webinars or seminars locally to connect nurses to the variety of leadership roles they can and should consider for their future.
20 nurses and midwives have been enrolled on this Nightingale Challenge programme.
