The Israeli health care system, like other countries around the world, faces a big struggle – a shortage of nurses. A vast media campaign was launched in May 2018 encouraging students to register for a nursing bachelor’s degree.
Nurses working in hospital units and community clinics were cast and shared their passion for the nursing profession, conveying values of caring, as well as the challenges and rewards of being a nurse.
