Igniting Leaders is open to all nurses and those looking to progress into a management role. Participants will utilise a range of blended learning techniques, including; Instructor Led Training (ILT), Linkedin Learning Pathways, Action Learning Projects, introduction to Senior Leadership sponsors, and access to an online social collaboration platform to connect with peers. The aim of the programme is to build leadership knowledge, skill and exposure to both clinical, and non-clinical, functions across the organisation. Cleveland Clinic London is committed to developing a learning culture which empowers, develops and supports all Caregivers to transform health and care for the world.
