20 nurses and midwives have been enrolled in the training and development programme which will consist of in-house workshops for transformational leadership.
We also intend to open a stroke rehabilitation nursing unit headed by nurses.
We will also arrange for the secondment of nurses to CEO departments and to take part in quality improvement committees
Finally our programme will sustain EBP practices by appointing 5 young nurses as EBP mentors.
