20 nurses and midwives have been enrolled in the leadership development programme. We have planned to carry out internal conferences and seminars, as well as a specific diploma in senior management for nursing, within this plan it is planned to carry out research seminars in order to disseminate monographic works and publications carried out by Nursing professionals working in the General Hospital of the West of the city of Guadalajara Jalisco.
