We have a residency program that includes training and development over the course of 12 months, our Nightingale Challenge team members will also participate in additional mentoring programs throughout our facility.
5 nurses and midwives have been enrolled on this leadership development programme.

- How are you overcoming these challenges? Our company, HCA has some amazing new programs to prevent furloughs, but also care like family for our staff.
