20 nurses and midwives have been enrolled in the leadership development programme.
The Nursing Leadership Network of Ontario (NLN) is the sole member-based association Canada that focuses on the unique needs of nursing leaders and boasts a membership of 700 Ontario based nursing leaders whose roles include Chief Nursing Executive, Vice-Presidents, Directors, and Managers of various patient care and professional practice portfolios. Each year NLN hosts a 2-day conference and sponsors complimentary conference registration to 20 new/ emerging leaders. This enables these emerging leaders with an opportunity for professional development, networking, and programming designed specifically to meet the needs of new / emerging leaders.
